Welcome to Pusar Glass.

I make hand blown glass pieces. My work has orginated from orginal vessel forms and developed into sculptural pieces which test the boundaries of smooth curve within the body of the piece. I have been heavy influenced by sunrises and sunsets from the colours, lines and clouds. I tried to recreate some of the qualities through form pattern and colour combinations.

Through  my work I have influences from nature such as land, water and sky. I use these patterns to base the shapes of my work and take the colours ranges from the vibrant colours found when a sun is setting in the sky over water or rising dispersing through cloud.
